NYPD says homeless man vandalized 9/11 memorial

NEW YORK (AP) — Police have arrested a homeless man on charges he vandalized a Brooklyn memorial to the police officers and firefighters who died in the World Trade Center attacks. Police were examining surveillance video after someone smeared white paint on the Wall of Remembrance at MCU Park in Coney Island Friday night.
