Victim in college shooting denies wrongdoing
HOUSTON (AP) — Relatives of a man injured in the recent shooting at a Lone Star College campus in Houston describe him as an aspiring tattoo artist who wasn't looking for trouble.
Authorities believe the Jan. 22 shooting at a Lone Star community college campus north of downtown Houston happened after 25-year-old Jody Neal bumped into the suspected shooter, 22-year-old Trey Foster.
