Lawsuit says ICE attorney forged document

SEATTLE (AP) — A lawsuit says a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement attorney forged a document in an attempt to deport an immigrant seeking to stay in the country with his wife and children. The complaint says Lanuza-Torres had asked the immigration court to cancel his deportation because he had married his American citizen girlfriend.

Austrian sought in mother's death caught in Oregon

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency said Friday that prosecutors in Austria allege the man stabbed his mother 30 times in the neck at their apartment in August or early September.
