RI police assist in arrest of NY fugitive WARWICK, R.I. (AP) — Police in Rhode Island have assisted homicide detectives from New York in arresting a fugitive found staying at a Warwick hotel. Warwick Police said Thursday they were contacted by investigators from Nassau County, N.Y. with a tip that a vehicle belonging to a homicide suspect was parked at the hotel.
