Police probe NYC man's death as homicide NEW YORK (AP) — Police are investigating the death of a man at his apartment in Upper Manhattan as a homicide. The body of Charles Romo was found bound at his home on Hamilton Place and West 142nd Street at 10:20 a.m. Monday. Police say there was no sign of forced entry and he did not appear to have been robbed.
