Police: Man held in death of Detroit-area woman FARMINGTON, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say a 28-year-old man is being held in the death of his girlfriend, whose body was found inside their suburban Detroit home after he reported her missing. Police in Farmington say the man called them Saturday night to report the 29-year-old woman was missing. Investigators say the man told them the woman died after a domestic dispute turned violent. Her name and cause of death weren't immediately released. Prosecutors are expected to review the case Monday for possible charges.
