Investigators release report on Tupelo plane crash

(AP) — Crash investigators say a pilot's mistake led to a twin-engine aircraft making a belly landing at the Tupelo Regional Airport in June. WTVA-TV in Tupelo reports (http://bit.ly/1wuKCMu ) the National Transportation Safety Board says the pilot told investigators he inadvertently retracted the landing gear instead of pulling the flap handle.
