Ohioan arrested in 4-year-old son's fatal shooting AKRON, Ohio (AP) — Police say they have arrested an Ohio man on charges including involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of his 4-year-old son. Akron police on Wednesday said 48-year-old Terrance Allen, of Akron, also is charged with felony child endangering, tampering with evidence and a weapons count in Jamarcus Allen's death.
