NV Supreme court overturns law targeting developer LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled unconstitutional a state law passed a decade ago to prevent the construction of several thousand homes overlooking a desert wilderness area. The court ruled Thursday in favor of developer Jim Rhodes, who wants to build on Blue Diamond Hill near the Red Rock National Conservation Area.
