No deposition for lawyer in Trayvon Martin case
(AP) — Lawyers for neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman will not be allowed to question an attorney for the parents of slain Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, a judge said Friday.
Lawyers for Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree in Martin's shooting death, wanted to question attorney Benjamin Crump.
Zimmerman's attorneys wanted to question Crump in part to ask him about specifics on the circumstances surrounding his recording of the girlfriend, who was identified as witness eight in court.
