NH Republicans meet to choose new leaders
BEDFORD, N.H. (AP) — After suffering significant losses in the November elections, New Hampshire's Republican Party is starting fresh with a new leader.
Republicans are gathering in Bedford on Saturday to elect a new chairman and other officers.
Jennifer Horn of Nashua, Andrew Hemingway of Bristol and Andy Martin of Manchester are competing to replace Chairman Wayne MacDonald.
Democrats won the state's two congressional seats, the governor's office and a majority in the state House of Representatives in November.
