5-year-old Tulsa child injured in arson fire dies

The Tulsa World reports (http://bit.ly/1DqN5Lh ) 35-year-old Steven Clement was booked on Tuesday on complaints of first-degree arson, two counts of child abuse and one count of child neglect. Fire officials say an 11-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy were outside the home, and a 19-year-old man who reportedly had autism was able to escape.
