Mo. court sends Woodworth back to Chillicothe (AP) — The Missouri Supreme Court is sending a Chillicothe man whose murder conviction in the 1990 slaying of a rural neighbor was recently overturned back to Livingston County as the state prepares to put him on trial a third time. Missouri's high court ruled earlier this month that two former state prosecutors failed to share evidence that could have helped Woodworth's defense.
