Mass. city delays decision on casino hopefuls BOSTON (AP) — Springfield officials are putting off for two more weeks a decision on whether to negotiate an agreemenet with one or both companies seeking casino developments in the western Massachusetts city. The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will have the final say on awarding the sole resort casino license for western Massachusetts.
