Wife of Ohio guardsman convicted of sex abuse faces sentence

MARYSVILLE, Ohio (AP) — The wife of an Ohio National Guardsman who was convicted of sexually abusing three adopted daughters is seeking leniency when she's sentenced for intimidation and obstructing justice. In court documents before Tuesday's scheduled sentencing, an attorney for the 37-year-old Marysville woman noted that she wasn't accused of assault or permitting sexual abuse.
