Unlicensed driver pleads guilty in death of 4-year-old girl

NEW YORK (AP) — An unlicensed teen driver accused of killing a 4-year-old girl while fleeing from police has pleaded guilty to manslaughter. A Manhattan judge had previously offered a 3-to-9-year prison sentence if Franklin Reyes Jr. agreed to the plea deal in the June 2013 death of Ariel Russo.
