Man pleads guilty in Medicare fraud conspiracy The Justice Department said Friday that Clarence Cooper pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Detroit to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Authorities say Medicare information obtained from people receiving the benefits was sold to home health care companies in the Detroit area.
