Man killed by commuter train in south Philly PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Transit authorities say a man has been struck and killed by a commuter rain in south Philadelphia. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority says the victim was struck at the Tasker-Morris station shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday. A SEPTA spokeswoman said an initial review of the station surveillance camera video shows the man stumbling on the northbound platform before and as the train was arriving at the station.
