Leader of marijuana ring gets 19 years in prison (AP) — The leader of an indoor marijuana growing operation has been sentenced to more than 19 years in federal prison on drug distribution and gun possession charges. U.S. District Judge Thomas B. Russell handed down the sentence for 70-year-old Dallas Norris of Barren County this week, along with sentencing nine co-defendants to either prison or probation for their roles in the scheme.
