Judge rules man incompetent in son's beheading Judge John E. LeBlanc, of Lafourche Parish, ruled Tuesday that Jeremiah Lee Wright "does not have the present mental capacity to proceed" and is "committed to the custody of the Department of Health and Hospitals and that he be maintained in the custody of the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health Systems, Forensic Division, at Jackson, Louisiana" for treatment.
