Judge man hold Neb school district in contempt (AP) — A northeast Nebraska school district may be held in contempt of court for failing to obey a judge's order to refund a tax overpayment. The Norfolk Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/VnnnTZ) that District Judge James Kube has ordered all members of the Nebraska Unified School District No. 1 school board to appear at an April 24 hearing.
