Edmond man convicted of murder in boy's death
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Edmond man faces life in prison without parole after a jury convicted him of first-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend's 2-year-old son.
The jury in Oklahoma County deliberated more than two hours Monday before convicting 28-year-old Rico Berry of first-degree murder and child neglect in the 2009 beating death of Jolen Babakhani.
