(AP) — Convicted evangelist Tony Alamo is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court the result of a civil lawsuit that orders him to pay millions of dollars to two men.
Alamo was ordered to pay Seth Calagna and Spencer Ondrisek $33 million each after a federal jury in Texarkana found him guilty of abusing the two when they were children being raised in Alamo's ministry.
