Former Navy manager sentenced to 8 years in prison

(AP) — A former manager at the Navy's Military Sealift Command has been sentenced to eight years in prison for receiving bribes. At his hearing, Toy admitted to accepting monthly cash bribes of about $3,000, a flat screen television and a paid vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina from co-conspirators.
