Man charged with 2 Delaware bank robberies

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police have charged a man with two bank robberies. Troopers arrested 28-year-old Michael L. Stevens of New Castle Tuesday at Christiana Mall in Newark. Stevens is charged with robbing TD Bank in Wilmington on Sunday, and M&T Bank in Bear on Sept. 8.

'Hooded Bandit' bank robbery suspect embezzled $122K from Postal Service: records

PHOENIX (AP) — A former bank teller convicted for masterminding a series of bank robberies in suburbs west of Phoenix is going to federal prison. A jury found Thomas guilty of eight charges, including three counts of conspiracy to commit bank robbery.

Serial Maine bank robber gets 10 years in prison

BANGOR, Maine (AP) — An Old Town man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for committing a pair of bank robberies that netted him more than $17,000. WABI-TV (http://bit.ly/1tgMHMc ) reports that Gay apologized in court for the trauma he caused bank employees.
