Arizona police officer arrested in Nevada sex case

(AP) — Authorities say a Bullhead City, Arizona, police sergeant who was suspended earlier this month in one case was arrested on an a felony attempted sexual assault charge after he was accused of attacking a woman in a vehicle outside a bar in the Colorado River resort town of Laughlin.

Vintage plane crashes near Globe; Pilot injured

(AP) — The pilot of a vintage plane was taken to a Tucson hospital after the craft lost oil pressure and crashed near the east-central Arizona city of Globe. Gila County Sheriff's officials say the Thunder Mustang plane went down Friday morning north of Highway 188 and the single-engine aircraft was destroyed.

Mexico-U.S. border-crossing deaths are at a 15-year low

Maricopa County Attorney seeks delay in no bail
