1 suspect now held on Miss. charges (AP) — A federal judge has ordered one of two men arrested for kidnapping a retired college professor held without bond while a second man now faces state charges. Authorities say the two are accused of assaulting and kidnapping the 63-year-old retired professor from his Fayette home on Feb. 12, stealing his car and driving him into Louisiana before releasing him Feb. 13 in Pascagoula.
