Marissa Mayer created a firestorm this week by issuing an email requiring 10,000+ employees who work from home to begin daily commuting to Yahoo offices.  Some folks argue this is going to be a blow to long-term employees, hamper productivity and will harm the company. Others argue this will improve communications and cooperation, thin out unproductive employees and help Yahoo.
