Today, Crashlytics, a crash reporting tool, was acquired by Twitter. Numerous companies use Crashlytics to find out when their apps crash on consumer devices, as well as what the root cause of it was. The apps currently using it are Twitter, Vine, Yelp, Kayak, TaskRabbit and Waze, the team says.
