The social blogging service Tumblr is actively searching for an executive to come in and act as founder David Karp's No. 2, reports Business Insider's Nicholas Carlson. Potential recruits are being asked if they're interested in being the 26-year-old CEO's "Sheryl Sandberg," a reference to Facebook's experienced and powerful COO.
