SurveyMonkey this morning said it has launched a $784 million debt and equity recapitalization of the online survey company that values the business at about $1.35 billion. As part of the deal, CEO Dave Goldberg is increasing his stake in the company and Google and a number of other new investors are taking a stake in the company.
