VIS hiking production at 8-inch fab

Wafer foundry service provider Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) has increased monthly output at its 8-inch Fab 3 to 26,000 wafers since September and will increase to 27,000-28,000 units in the fourth quarter, according to company president Leuh Fang.
