Speaking at an introductory press conference Thursday, new Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell said the team would have an open competition at quarterback, and Tim Tebow wouldn't be a part of it. Tebow, currently on the Jets, had been rumored to head to Jacksonville via trade or free agency. "I can't imagine a scenario where Tim Tebow would be a Jacksonville Jaguar," Caldwell said.
