Packers not high on Starks
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that Packers running back James Starks might not be a featured rusher in Green Bay any time soon. The report says that Starks, who was once seen as a possible go-to back, has the window closing for him to seize an every-down role. He turns 27 in February, and while the team doesnt want to change the 6-foot-2 backs running style, running back coach Alex Van Pelt admits hes probably better suited for a change-of-pace role at this point.
