NCAA challenges new Pennsylvania law
SCRANTON, Pa., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- The NCAA Wednesday filed suit against a new Pennsylvania law mandating fines paid by Penn State in the Jerry Sandusky pedophile case stay within the state.
