This wasn’t just a night to see how Carmelo Anthony would react to Kevin Garnett and whatever trash Garnett was going to send Melo’s way, as much as it was billed as the main event at the TD Garden. For Mike Woodson, this was a night to see if his team would run from a tough opponent in a hostile environment.
