Julien supports Chara
WILMINGTON -- Bruins coach Claude Julien doubled down on his criticism of embellishment and diving among NHL players -- an issue he addressed quite candidly after Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Montreal Canadiens, a team infamous for its histrionics -- and on his defense of Zdeno Chara for his actions in the game. Chara, of course, pounded Habs D-man Alexei Emelin after his cross-check appeared to injure Tyler Seguin, drawing 17 minutes in penalties. The absence of Chara may have hurt, but Julien supported what his captain did.
