ESPN reports that Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III (knee) could open training camp this year on the Physically Unable to Perform List after he suffered a partially torn ACL and LCL in his right knee during a loss to Seattle in the playoffs. The report says it is a "near certainty" Griffin will be on the PUP List.
