Green came back too soon
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that Packers running back Alex Green might have rushed back too soon from his torn ACL in 2011. Green led the team in rushing in 2012 with 464 yards, but he averaged only 3.4 yards per carry. After suffering a torn ACL last season, Green returned in time for training camp, but wore down late in the season. Green sat out for a week after sustaining a concussion against Chicago on Dec. 16.
