Just a few days after the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that 76ers center Andrew Bynum may be considering season-ending surgery on his right knee, general manager told Tony DiLeo told the Delaware County Daily Times that surgery still remains an option for 25-year-old. Bynum, who has not played in a game this year after being acquired by the 76ers last summer, suffered a setback in following a scrimmage last week.
