Bidding for the diamond-studded World Series ring Alex Rodriguez gave his cousin Yuri Sucart in 2009 hit $33,000 by Monday afternoon. Bidding began at $5,000 and sports memorabilia auctioneer Ken Goldin had hoped the ring would fetch $30,000 to $40,000.
