R&B artist R. Kelly’s suburban Olympia Fields mansion, once valued at $5.16 million, was sold at auction Monday for $950,000 as part of foreclosure proceedings on the residence. J.P. Morgan Chase, which held the mortgage on the property, offered the one and only bid in what was a 15-second auction on the south suburban property.
