Forest Whitaker got an apology Tuesday from the owner of a deli where the actor was falsely accused of shoplifting. Anthony Galofaro is the owner of Milano Market, a grocery store near Columbia University in New York City. He told TMZ that he regretted the fact that the Oscar winner was frisked by an employ, and claims the store is not racist.
