KUALA LUMPUR (MedPage Today) -- Individuals infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) who are on statin therapy are significantly less likely to develop cancer, researchers said here at the International AIDS Society Conference on HIV Pathogenesis, Treatment and Prevention.
