It'll Take More Than Michelle Obama to End Childhood Obesity
We all know how bad the epidemic of childhood obesity is. So it’s been a big relief to hear some encouraging news over the past few months—namely that cities like Philadelphia and New York City and states including Mississippi and California are reporting dips in childhood obesity rates. Then, last month, a new federal study showed that the average daily caloric intake among U.S. kids is falling as well.
