Gonzalez: City must move fast to remove PCBs from school lights

Nine students and two teachers were treated for asthma attacks and severe coughing after a fluorescent light exploded Tuesday at Intermediate School 123 in Harlem. The Bloomberg administration, despite being urged to move faster, had insisted it needed 10 years to replace more than 500,000 lighting fixtures that contain PCBs. Now it's changing its tune.
