Lady Gaga had plenty of surprises in store for the little monsters that came to see her on the opening night of her latest North American tour. The “Born This Way Ball” kicked off in spectacular Gaga fashion with a mechanical horse, her infamous meat dress, 40 trunks filled with costume changes, and 800 pounds of liquid CO2.
