Zoetis IPO Raises $2.2 Billion
Animal-medicine maker Zoetis raised about $2.2 billion in an initial public offering, the largest IPO deal from a U.S. company since Facebook debuted last May. Zoetis shares are expected to begin NYSE trading Friday under the symbol ZTS.
