Tech industry vet Flint named CTAN chairman
Central Texas Angel Networks has named technology industry veteran Bril Flint as its new chairman.
Flint, who was a planning and finance executive for both Dell Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) and Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL), is replacing former Cisco Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) executive Rick Timmins after one year in the position.
Flint couldn’t be reached for comment.
However, in a CTAN newsletter he indicates that during the coming year the group plans more training for investor-members and for entrepreneurs…
