S.F.'s new plan for spending $25 billion
Released this week, the plan covers the waterfront, figuratively and literally, from Pier 70 and other Embarcadero redevelopments to rehabbing the city's water and sewer systems; completing the Transbay Center, Central Subway and San Francisco General Hospital's acute care wing; renovating the San Francisco Mint; and fully funding the city's street repaving program.
